8. SSM Training

Sisters of Saint Mary (SSM) Health Systems is a Catholic not-for-profit group of hospitals and doctor’s offices across Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin. This includes the Cardinal Glennon Hospital and all of its offices. SSM uses a check-in system for interpreters called Symplr, which works through an app on your phone with kiosks in their hospitals for interpreters to get a printed vendor badge upon their arrival. You will learn more about Symplr in another module, but for now please pause and send an email to jennifertimmerman@ccstl.org AND LampHR@ccstl.org to let us know you are ready for this training. HR must input your information into SSM’s system, and from there you will receive further instructions on how to complete the training.
