English As A Second Language Individual Tutoring
English as a Second Language tutoring will help you get through a difficult ESL class. All ESL sessions will be a minimum of 2 hours. The teacher and student will work on English course material with which the student needs one-on-one assistance. The student may use the session to focus on one of four areas: Speaking, reading, writing or listening skills. The student may request a combination of the four areas. The objective of ESL tutoring may be to improve grades or focus on improving one of the four areas. English materials will generally be brought in by the student – as part of current or former ESL coursework the student wants to improve.
ESL tutoring sessions will be a minimum of 2 hours at a time but may be scheduled on an as needed basis.
